The Great Benefits of Meditation
Meditation over medication as there are so many amazing benefits to meditation. Research shows meditation decreases anxiety and depression, improves concentration, increases self-awareness, slows the aging process, allows connection to source energy, creates positive thoughts, and so many other benefits. Meditation is a practice I do daily as part of my spiritual growth, and I encourage all to either begin or continue their journey of daily meditation, for it’s an important part of mindful living.
