Stephanie earned her Bachelor of Science in Sociology with a minor in Psychology from Florida State University and her Master of Social Work from Florida Atlantic University. Stephanie’s career experience started working with children, adolescents, and adults involved with the Department of Children and Families, eventually leading her to work with individuals struggling with addiction, mental health, and trauma. Stephanie has always had a strong desire to understand how humans are wired, specifically because of her passion to help individuals break free from conditioned responses or “autopilot” by healing underlying core issues, including emotional trauma, and overcoming the barriers, blocks, and beliefs that have held them back from reaching their highest potential and a higher level of consciousness.
Throughout Stephanie’s experience she noticed a pattern - it became evident that individuals, of all ages, were living in the disappointments of yesterday and the worries of tomorrow. She was once this person herself, who was reliving painful experiences of her past and constantly worried about what was to come. When Stephanie was introduced to the practice of Mindfulness, she fell in love with it. For nearly a decade, she has been committed to the practice of Mindfulness and she has also taught it to hundreds of individuals whose lives have transformed mentally, physically, and spiritually.
Stephanie believes everyone has a transformational story inside of them and she helps individuals own their story and step into their power. She is committed to helping you identify and overcome the underlying core issues and any barriers, blocks, or beliefs that have held you back so that you can move forward in your life, turn your dreams into reality, feel good, and live your life on purpose, with purpose. This is accomplished through her books, coaching, counseling, courses, retreats, speaking engagements, and workshops. The love she shares leaves individuals feeling educated, empowered, and elevated.
